Policies of PC Music Supply

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders taken after 4pm on a Friday will ship on the following Monday. Our fulfillment center is closed on national holidays and orders received during this time will ship on the following business day.

 Download information:

Purchasing via download requires a broadband connection. After purchase a serial number and Toontrack download link will be emailed to the email address you provided while ordering. Please ensure your email address is valid. This process is not instant and requires validation from Toontrack and may take up to 12 hours but generally takes 1 hour or less.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We strive to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you receive would like to return a product please contact us (orders@pcmusicsupply.com) and include your order number and reason for refund, return or cancellation. We will work with you to return the product and send a replacement or issue a credit. Please note that free shipping does not apply to returns unless the product is damaged.

 

Refunds & returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible to ensure the product(s) do not ship from our warehouse. Cancellations made after shipping your order may incur additional charges (shipping, handling etc).

 

Special note on software: Open software cannot be return to us and must be returned to the manufacturer. This is due to license agreements within the software. If you software is unopened, you are welcome to return it to us.

 

Special note on microphones and headphones:Microphones and headphones that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons.
