We have had many requests from customers outside the US who would like to purchase our products. Our current Yahoo! store is configured to only accept sales from within the United States, it territories and APO/AFBs. Our PayPal store allows for customers worldwide to access our products.

Why are the products and pricing different?

Many promotions and offers are targeted by manufacturers to specific countries. Unfortunately, the only way to create a even and fair choice to all customers is to have a single price at our PayPal shop. This ensures that every customer using our PayPal shop get the same price. Due to reseller agreements some products cannot be sold overseas. In addition, due to voltage and other requirements hardware is not available at this time.

How do I know my personal and purchase information is secure?

To ensure this shop has worldwide acceptance in security all transactions are processed through PayPal. PayPal is an accepted worldwide leader in online purchase transactions. We have configured this shop to exclusively use the PayPal engine to ensure you receive 128-bit encryption and https security.

Why do you need my email address for download product purchases?

When you purchase a download of a product you will receive an email that contains your serial number and specific instructions on how to download the product from the manufacturer. A valid email address is needed to ensure you receive this important information and complete your transaction with us. Orders that do not have a valid email address or do not include one will be cancelled immediately with the funds returned to the buyer immediately.
