What are the steps of my download order?

Purchasing a download is quite simple but the most important part is having a valid email address.

PC Music Supply, an authorized reseller of Toontrack products, sells the serial numbers to you the customer.
Once you have the serial number, you will log in to your account created with Toontrack and register the serial number.
Finally, after registration you will be given a download link to download your product.

No. If you purchase a Toontrack product that is a download you will download your product from them on their servers. Once your order has been processed and a serial number is generated by Toontrack for your purchase, PC Music Supply will send you an email with the serial number(s) for the products you bought. Inside the email will be instructions to download the product(s) directly from Toontrack.

Do I need to have an account with Toontrack?

Yes, because the download is hosted on their servers you must have a user account with Toontrack to download and register your product. Inside the email you will receive from PC Music Supply, there will be instructions on how to download your purchase. The first step is to create a user account. You can do this at anytime before the download.

Why do you need my email address for download product purchases?

When you purchase a download of a product you will receive an email that contains your serial number and specific instructions on how to download the product from the manufacturer. A valid email address is needed to ensure you receive this important information and complete your transaction with us. Orders that do not have a valid email address or do not include one will be cancelled immediately with the funds returned to the buyer immediately.

How long does it take to process a download order?

A purchase of a serial number for a download product is not instant. First the order will be reviewed by our processing department, then a request for a serial number is created and finally a unique serial number for your purchase is created by Toontrack. Once this is complete you will receive an email from PC Music Supply with your order confirmation and serial numbers included. This process may take up to 12 hours but generally takes 1 hour or less during normal business hours.

Can I cancel/return my order?

Download purchases cannot be cancelled or returned once an email containg a serial number has been sent to you. If you have made an error in ordering please contact us immediately so we can stop the serial number from being generated for you and provide a refund.

We would be more than happy to assist you with any queries you have. Please use the email contact form on our main site and send us your questions. If you question is about an order made on this site please let us know you are using the PayPal store, what products you ordered etc. This will speed up our response time to you.
